Unisend Holiday Season Working Hours

The holiday season is just around the corner, and the most anticipated time of the year is about to begin. If you still have gifts waiting to be sent, now is the perfect moment to act to ensure they arrive before Christmas.

During the holidays, 24-26 December and 1 January, Customer Support will be closed and UNISEND Key Account Managers and our Couriers will rest.

Shortened working days on 23 December and 31 December:

• Customer support works from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Key Account Managers work from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Holiday parcel collection schedule for business customers:

• 23 December and 31 December

  • Latest order entry in the system: 12 p.m.

  • Parcels must be handed over by 3 p.m.

• Collections on 23 December

  • Arrive in Latvia and Lithuania on 27 December

  • Delivery to parcel lockers: LV 29/30 December, LT 29/30 December

• Collections on 31 December

  • Arrive in Latvia and Lithuania on 2 January

  • Delivery to parcel lockers: LV 3 January, LT 3/5 January
